I didn't loose any weight this week but I have a reason to be cheerful. This weekend I had one of the best times I've had in a long time. The entertainment was great and so was the company and the food. I also drank more than I should. I'm glad my diet wasn't affected too badly. That said I still have to control my late night eating and stay at or above my daily total.
