Weighed on an empty stomach, today's had a bad start, haven't ate much but running on empty I weigh 2 lbs more so I guess that's confirmed progress made.
Hoping to speed up the weight gain over the next few weeks, I'm starting to get the hang of it and adding food to my food diary(?) is becoming habit.

Thanks Moju, I think the worst part is when you are trying to lose weight you try to eat less and you save money on food, but for me I have to eat more and more and it's getting expensive lol.
Especially when my wife is trying to lose weight at the same time, lots of cooking going on in this house lol.
