I wonder what is going on with my weight this week. I have been exercising more and eating less, not by design, but because of circumstances. My weight should be going down, but I'm still hovering over 205 lbs. I may have put on a little muscle. I don't know, but as long as it doesn't spike, I'm not too concerned.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
