Had a PT appt. today. Did very well. Things are getting easier and my back is feeling better. The exercise felt good. My therapist wants me to start walking 20 min. a day.

I had some nuts for breakfast. Should have had more, but was in a hurry. Still, at least I ate. Having a steak for lunch. Think I'll make some broccoli too. Maybe some more nuts.

Still haven't broken 270 yet, but doing well. My Dulcolax still hasn't kicked in. I picked up some more ketostix yesterday and I'm still in dark purple even though the weight loss has drastically slowed. Also, I've found getting the sticks that just test ketones are way chaper than the ketodiastix, only 6$ at Walmart. I also like these better because the ones I had before the dye washed out of the stick if you peed too hard on it, so dipping was best, but with these ones the more pee the better.
270.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
