Go for it; Check out a nutritionist. Log your food. Set Goals. Set maximum limits for Carbs/Fats/Protein. Get moving this Spring; whether it's walks, outdoor yard work, anything to stay off the couch. And, try to stop eating at a certain time at night. That's where I usually fail, the night eating. But I'll get back on the exercise bike the next morning. Own what you eat. Don't let others control what you eat. Know what goes into it.
