Hubby is also following calorie deficit increased proteins
He also lost 1lb reaching 15k steps per day between walking our tibetan and his power walk 2lb to go to hit his target of 11st . So proud of him 75 and looks 60 😂
167.6 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
