Well, my weight was actually lower on Monday -- it hit 171.8 ... But I forgot to log that. I am losing at a snail's pace, but it has been 40 pounds gone in exactly one year. Now, I'm working towards ditching the next 40. I need to up the exercise. Getting to the gym once a week isn't cutting it.
