I don't know if eating a little extra yesterday (peanutbutter cups)(extra nuts) helped or if my body finally said enough is enough and dropped the .8 pounds.

All I know is, it's about time and I hope it stays off!!!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
