still very tightly restricting carbs, sugars and fodmap foods.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

keep going slow and steady. plan your menu and shopping 4 ingredients. replace items u cannot eat with something else.
