Been feeling a cold coming on so haven't gone running in a few days.. I can see my body needs the exercise.
also had hectic cravings yesterday and snacked without counting.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
