Lowest weight yet. Two good walks a day and eating has been under control the last few days.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 59.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 August 2011:
1632 kcal Fat: 60.60g | Prot: 61.15g | Carb: 228.12g.   Breakfast: cranberry green tea, fage cherry yogurt, cherries, organic dry coconut, cashews. Lunch: cream, chicken soup, whole wheat bread, chicken salad. Dinner: yogurt chips, frozen yogurt. Snacks/Other: Green & Black's 85%, peach, cheese, planter's, cherries. more...

You're getting really close. That's great.

tg, I'm walking a route that has a pretty steep hill and I don't know how far it is, but each walk takes about 25 to 30 minutes. If it weren't so hot, I'd walk longer. I don't think my dog can take it though.

Thanks, Fledgist! These last few pounds are so hard to shed. I probably need to drop my daily calorie count down to 1200 for a while.
