Yippee! I did weigh last week, after my vacation, and I weighed exactly the same 150.0 pounds. So even though I didn't lose weight the fact I maintained for a week without calorie counting and exercising and weighing means that I do know how to put into practice what I have been learning. Body fat down too..34.5%. I am psyched!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
