I spent the weekend at my dads and it was really hard to stay on track. But I'm only up 1 lb, and that might be water weight from the few glasses of wine. But anyways, back at it hard this week! Ready to go exercise and cleanse.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
