I seem to be a little heavier after eating a lot of red meat the previous day... maybe due to low stomach acid (blood group A), I also drank a lot of water yesterday.. would be great to see if it comes down tomorrow
172.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
