Eating mostly paleo-ish... essentially cut out bread and cereal. Eating eggs w/ some meat substance for breakfast, small lunch/dinner and fruit/veg for snacks.
294.9 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
