I am back on low carb, seems its the only way to lose weight considering the problems I have with insulin resistance. This time (unlike the last time) I am finding ways to cook, trying recipes, and planning on making this a way of life. My husband is on board too. he is diabetic. My goal is to increase exercise.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.8 lb a week
