I lost some ppounds so I am happy now to keep it off.

189.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1429 kcal Fat: 41.40g | Prot: 82.42g | Carb: 186.34g.   Breakfast: Protein Zone Double Berry Juice Smoothie, activia yogurt, 1% milk, Cheerios. Lunch: pretzel sticks, lean pocket. Dinner: chicken and rice soup, french fries, tomato, cheese, bologna sanwich. Snacks/Other: popcorn, pinapple cake. more...
