Need to eliminate the trips to the kitchen after dinner to snack! There used to be a no snack challenge on here somewhere!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
