Started my 2nd Year of going to the gym on March 7, 2015. From the date of my signing up for the gym on March 5, 2014, I have been blessed to work out some 200 days out of 365.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
