I've been away from this sight. Now I have been on a medically monitored weight loss program I am now on their maintainance program. I am still working with them but not on the strict liquid diet. I did loose weight on the strict diet, it was 800 cal. with only 50 grams of carbs. Watching the carbs really helped. There focus is to keep the calories low. I still feel the low carb is also very helpfull on the weight loss. I am now at 190. I dropped to 175 but have been struggling. I have had the slow creap. I started to exercise again and feel better when I do exercise it is just getting into the routine that is difficult.
