weighed in at 168.8 today lost 3 pounds overnite dute to eating only lunch yesterday no dinner after playing 2 hours of tennis, cut out a lot of bad vegan eating habits, eating as much as i wanted, not watching/counting calories eating way too many carbs/ found out that the soy protein isolate was causing me to not lose weight also but basically a reduction in eating.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 21.0 lb a week

the plateaus are becoming longer and longer as i start to get closer to my target weight this last plateau was 5 weeks the longest ever. my plateaus seem to be a combination of a lot of slacking off on my diet/ leaving the well worn path/becoming bored with dieting/weigh loss is a diligence endeavor you must do your homework if you want to succeed.

weight loss homework meaning doing your exercise, counting calories, not overeating things your not supposed to be overeating, watching your weight, taking the proper amount and types of vitamins and supplements, and not letting distratctions boredom keep you from being diligent about weight loss.

persistence, diligence ,discipline are all good words for losing weight.

sometimes we slack off or get mislead from disinformation/misinformation there is a lot of bad info out there about weight loss it is still a topic that many people are confused/in the clouds/about.

Great loss this week. Plateaus are alsway s hard, but it sounds like you have a handle on what you need to do. Everyone always thinks that by eating vegan, you will automatically lose weight, and maybe that's true, but I always like to explain that oreos and french fries are vegan too! If you don't eat the right foods, you won't see much progress, my problem is usally too many carbs and fat from oils. Keep up the good work and take it one day at a time :)
