I bought a treadmill and make myself use it every night before I take my bath and call it a night. That seems to work best for me. So far I have lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
