10min daily workout + calories count would see results! Hope to hit my target on Nov2023 🎯 45kg go go go !
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what workout you do for 10 minutes?

First 2 weeks start on 4 jul daily standing workout for abs(which lift up legs by standing pose) u can search in YouTube, it really works!- my waist smaller (no measurement at tat time, found out when wear pants ) . Now I changed to yoga because can train core strength n released stress. If u not preferred yoga u can try normal stretching +standing workout for abs also. My waist now is 34inch, as I rmb i used to hav arou 36-37 before.😆

YouTube burpeegirl & pick which 3-4 pose to do every day 3 set (1 set 30times on each pose)
