I hate the scale. I can't stop standing on it. Goal, not to stand on the scale for 3 days..... No measuring either.

I have that copper penny taste in my mouth that is associated with ketosis.. Skeptical still. Says I've lost 4 lbs since officially starting on SAturday, but I vary that much all the time. It will be interesting to see where I fall in a few days.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
