My weight is much better today. I had a great workout last night and plan for a good one tonight. I am looking forward to my new P90X Plus DVDs to arrive. I'm going to kick it up a notch! I'm thinking about getting the Insanity DVDs for Christmas. Fun!
203.8 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
