Im doing great with breakfast and lunch. I have a hard time sticking to my dinner menu. I guess i need to start meal prepping dinner. Plus side, my pants fit more loose this morning! HALLELUJAH!!
171.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
