I am very dehydrated
267.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

drink water and if you can go get yourself some electrolight drinks to help replenish everything

FYI - A pinch of salt and a small dribble of honey mixed into water will give you as good if not better (depending on drink brand) rehydration than many of those beverages at the store. But some of them are really tasty 😉
