I keep binge eating / comfort eating especially at night

174.4 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am also an emotional eater and a night snacker! I started going to bed earlier so there's less chance of me raiding the cupboards and getting up at 6am, changed up my routine and concentrated on my mental health, if my heads in the right space I won't be as emotional and my will power&confidence will be up...hope this helps!

That does help to hear your strategies to deal with it, thank you 🤍🤍 it’s just really hard to get it under control when I’m pretty much addicted to the dopamine hits of bingeing food, even though I feel so terrible and guilty afterwards
