I guess it's a good thing but def didn't eat enough to justify this much of a gain . I would be lying if I said I'm not upset about it . I know I need to gain but a little at a time would be easier to handle. Just really depressing when idk why I gained. 😔
80.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
