FINALLY got around to exercising this week! I took two great walks and went kayaking (SO FUN!) and felt so much better. In the past three weeks I had gained around 3 pounds, so to lose 2.2 this week felt GREAT. It was just tough to balance getting my 5-year old to kindergarten everyday, working in his classroom each week, and myself going to school for my last semester of college. BUSY! But I think I am finally working it out! :)
