Cc camping, j'ai fait du Pilate pendant 1 an. J'aimais bien. Ça permet de retrouver la souplesse. Et c'est bon pour le moral 😊

Oui j pense q tu as raison, car j'ai fait un cours d essai et sa ma vraiment plus 🤩,,et moi j'ai besoin pour la souplesse, l équilibre, et m détendre, d ailleurs les pré-inscription étaient hier et j m suis inscrite pour la rentrée 😉
