15000+ steps yesterday. I'm off on what I am eating. ..one of those weeks that I'm cooking for several different 'crowds'. My wrought is steady though. Maybe in the 170's next week?
181.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
