stayed the same from my xmas weight gain.... its time to get back ontpo the horse, 2 months have gone now, i dont want to waste anytime anymore.....warmer weather in 4 mths to come.... i want to lose 20 lbs...
186.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
