Ha Ha! Thanks Neil. Ive been jogging more and that probably has something to do with it. I would have quicker results If i can get the eating part under control. Thank you for your kind words!

The point is you have results...jogging a little more...Awesome. The eating part will come in time.. I am ancient in age and finally realized... one thing at a time. If I would have listen to what all the elders told me in life growing up, it would have been a boring life. One step at a time......all the pieces of the puzzles eventually come together.
