I have been tracking in my food journal every day and exercising everyday.
Mon, Wed., Fri. I walk 3 miles. Tue and Thur I do weight bearing exercises and stomach exercises.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
