82,6... Füllstand und gestern viel KH gegessen... trotzdem doof! Sonntag Hella-Halbmarathon, wird 5kg zu langsam werden. Fühle mich trotzdem recht gut vorbereitet. Genug Schlaf ist jetzt wichtig
