haven't been able to exercise do the surgery to fix my broken collar bone, also they put a metal plate and 8 screws in not sure how much that weighed...I'll have to ask the doctor.
243.8 lb Lost so far: 89.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
