I loss is a loss.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1591 kcal Fat: 58.60g | Prot: 98.76g | Carb: 170.52g.   Breakfast: orange juice, Oatmeal, cinnamon & spice. Lunch: Creamy Caesar Dressing, Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Romaine, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Refried Beans, Light Sour Cream, Sliced Black Olives, Colby Jack Cheese, Tomatoes, Ground Turkey 93/7, Yellow corn taco boats. Snacks/Other: Vanilla ice cream, Dr Pepper Can, Extra Butter Microwave Popcorn. more...
