Yap. Surprise, surprise. Despite of my worry, my weight "slightly" moved. It may be the power of "not eating after 8 pm":) There were few times that I "kind of" wanted to eat "something". Instead of food, I just drank more water. I was planning to go to be around 11, but it was after 12 am. Then somehow I could not sleep, till after 3 am. I am really tired this morning, but I cannot take a nap for tonight's good sleep!

My shoulders have been aching since last winter. It is sometimes hard to lift eight pounds(!) weight repeatedly, but I am hoping that doing workout will reduce my pain on shoulders. Besides, I need to improve my posture by strengthening my back muscle. That should also help reducing my shoulder pain.


The group meeting for college work was suddenly rescheduled to tonight instead of Saturday noon. This one guy who had been not responding the whole week suddenly said that he would not be available on weekends, on Friday morning! What a guy... I was so upset and hurry to organize my works for the group discussion all day. Then here I am, after 9:30, he still hasn't contact with us...! I cannot believe it! Because I was working on this discussion, I almost missed dinner. I barely managed to eat something, anything before 8 pm! It just so BS! If he was available on Saturday, we were going to have a "physical" meeting. Because of him, we have to have an "online" meeting, but where is he?! That's why I don't like a group work at school!
121.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
