So this is my six week weigh in. I had decided to hide my scale for the first six weeks so I wouldn't get discouraged and quit again. I have lost 12 lbs since I started six weeks ago. But only five from my last weigh in (the one that had me hide my scale). I am very excited that I have finally seen the low 180's, but in six weeks and exercising 6 days a week, I was looking for a bit more. Especially knowing the first 7 lbs came off in one week. On the upside, my clothes are fitting better and I feel better both emotionally and physically better. So here is another six weeks! Slow and steady wins the race!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes Slow and steady wins the race. Remember if you are exercising you are likely adding muscle so you may not see weight loss as muscle weighs more then FAT. One thing I do that real helps is transitioning to a CRON diet…I use Cronometer and try to focus on high nutrition.
