I let portions and points get away from me. But I kept tracking and exercising so that helped keep my gain so small. Feel more motivated to lose. Jeans season will come someday and a great pair of jeans will be my reward.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
