1.6 to go to get to 300. Next set of 5 milestones to be in 10 pound increments until I hit 250. Goal is to land somewhere between 240 (or less) and 255.
301.6 lb Lost so far: 65.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
