Drank lots of water yesterday and today. Forgot to report in on Friday. Me bad. Walked in very cold weather today. Brrrr! The dog and I couldn't handle being inside another day! It is Valentine's Day and I am being very careful with my food, however I not going to say no to the piece of strawberry swirl cheesecake my husband bought for dessert. Everything else I ate today was on target. WAHOO! Yes, the cheesecake is going to put me over the top but it is not like I eat it everyday. :) Life is short. It is okay to spoil yourself once and awhile, just not all of the time. Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!
