sebulan sudah rutin work out, tanpa pilah pilih makanan, berat badan disitu2 aja tp lingkar berkurang 2-3 cm kmaren nimbang pake alat juga body fat naek massa otot naek apakah aku Masih trlalu sering makan?? 🤣
169.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
