Felt like i had lost weight this morning - so jumped on scales and i had! I wondered if the weigh in yesterday was incorrect as i had a cup of tea and was mid morning - so really pleased with overall progress. Haven't been tempted to stray - other than my horrible day last Thursday, but i'm back on the wagon!
