Reached 11000+ steps yesterday. I'm glad I have been working out a couple of weeks before the first hike of the year or yesterday could have been a lot harder on me. I was a little sore and stiff, but not too bad. Did not add any incline on the treadmill, just alternated my speed a little.
Working on improving my sleeping. Am trying to get 7 hours, getting closer to 6.5 hours, which is better than the 4.5 hours I was averaging the last couple of weeks.
Off to the gym.
