All last week I was off track because I did not prep my meals or exercise. I was really depressed about not hitting my goal by 2 pounds, and I fell back into my old ways. I'm back this week and thank God I only gained a pound and an ounce! I was scared to jump on the scale this morning. All of our meals are prepped for the week, and I'm feeling motivated and positive. :)
204.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
