Got 14000+ steps in yesterday, and worked out in the therapeutic pool for about an hour.

Ate dinner after 9pm last night, and did not drink enough water. Will need to try harder on both. No gym today, but will go on the hike and walk to the store. That should give me about 5 miles today. Just need to remember to bring water.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
