really dont know what i am doing wrong i am gaining not losing :-( I was told by lowcarbisland to have/ make sure my fat was higher than my protein,so i try for: high fat, medium protein and low carbs. this i am trying to do. Tried to ask them what i was doing wrong and just got referred to the rules and regulation not much help :-(
