Tortilla pizzas tonight! I'm also now always waking up at 9:30 so at least my schedule is constant. However, I'm going to start setting alarms again to try and push that natural wake up time an hour earlier. I hate staying in bed past 9am. It makes me feel lazy. Maybe I can do the early morning thing again and hit up the yoga classes.... at six am. Why so damned early? And not one later in the day either. Unfortunate.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
